Can Brainscape "mass-import" a bunch of users FOR me?

Yes! If your organization has purchased an enterprise license of Brainscape Pro, we would be happy to mass-import dozens (or hundreds) of user accounts for you. Just follow the steps below:

1. Contact your Brainscape rep with both (i) a spreadsheet of all your intended users' first names, last names, and email addresses; and (ii) a list of Classes that you want them to be pre-added to (just look in the URL bar on your My Classes screen to get each Class's ID)
2. Brainscape will inform you when the access is ready for all your users.
3. All imported users will then be able to access the Class on the Brainscape website and/or the mobile app, by simply logging in with their email address and an easy pre-set password (which they can later change)
4. Henceforth, if you need to add new users one-at-a-time, you'll need to invite users via email (unless it's another huge batch that we can import)
