Can I set up a secure landing page for my class or company?

Many schools and companies like the idea of simply sharing a URL with students or employees, but they don't want that URL to also be publicly accessible to the rest of the world.

If you have purchased an enterprise license with Brainscape, then we can easily make this possible for you. Just follow these steps:

1. Contact your Brainscape representative and let them know which Class you would like to securely share with your team
2. Brainscape will provide you a custom URL that you can distribute to your team.
3. Each user who clicks your link will be prompted to create a Brainscape account (or log into an existing one), and will have your Class waiting for them upon login (along with full Pro access). They will also be able to log into the Brainscape mobile app(s) henceforth.
4. You can share the link with as many users as you have purchased Pro licenses for. (See the Onboarding section for tips for how to communicate the access with your students or employees.)
5. Note that a secure link can only be used to add users to a single Class at a time. To add users to multiple Classes, you may want to ask Brainscape to bulk-import a large list of users for you
