How do I cancel my Pro subscription and any future billings?

    Doesn’t work on iPhone - the Brainscape app is not in my Subscriptions and there don’t seem to be any other ways to cancel.

    I believe my colleague Joysa has helped you with this situation via our email support@brainscape.zendesk.com. Looks like your purchase was made via our website originally so the cancelation could only be made on the web, not in the app. Sorry for any confusion! We do hope you'll come back and resubscribe should your study needs change.

    Hello, I made the purchase online and I did not realize it is USD I thought it is CAD. I just activated my account about an hour ago. Can I ask for a refund and cancel the subscribe, please?

    Hi,

    I bought the brainscape lifetime in Google Play, but I want to cancel.

    I have bought less 48 hours.

    I texted Google Play, asking about the cancellation and they said it's impossible to cancel, that I needed to talk to you.

    I want to cancel the purchase.
    I bought it, but i didn't like it.

    What do I need to do to perform the cancellation?
