The short answer is "yes"! This can be done with a file from a folder on your computer. However, if you are looking to drag and drop a web image, you'll need to have a Mac. If we figure out how to do this on other types of devices or operating systems, we will let you know.
If you find other hacks, please share them on our Discord channel!
Here's a hack you can try to capture from a web file, you can:
- Cmd+Shift+4 (turns your cursor into a
+
) - Click, drag, and highlight what you want to take a screenshot of
- Screenshot shows up hovering in the bottom-right corner of your screen
- Quickly go back to the Brainscape Editor browser tab. Click & drag that screenshot to the card in Brainscape
If you want more details on adding images or audio into your flashcards on mobile or the web, read this article.
