We are sorry that you are having that problem! Our team is currently investigating this issue, but we suspect it is a browser related issue and not something that is controlled by Brainscape. In theory, you should not be logged out of Brainscape unless you specifically "log out" of your account or your computer restarts. Closing your tab should not log you out.
Our Customer Support team has come up with some work-arounds that may be helpful:
- If you are NOT using Chrome, you should try to set up Chrome as your default browser and customize your settings.
- On Browser settings, click 'On Startup' then choose, 'Continue where you left off', and then restart your computer.
- You can also save your specific startup tabs into a folder (while logged into each site), using Chrome's 'Bookmark All Tabs' option.
- Set Chrome's startup settings to 'Continue where you left off'. When you open Chrome, right click on your bookmarked folder and select, 'Open All (#) in New Window'
We hope that these workarounds will assist you with this browser error. In the event you need additional support, reach out to our Customer Support team at support@brainscape.com. Thank you!
