How can I contact Brainscape?

If you have not found the help you need here, via our Help Center, then there are a few ways you could contact us:

1. Web Help button -- Click the "Help" bubble in the bottom-right of any screen, and perform any search.  At the bottom of the search results should be an option to Contact us.
2. Web Contact form -- Simply visit the Contact form, and you can submit any request
3. Mobile app -- In your Brainscape app's menu, select the option for Help, and then choose the option to Contact Us
4. Email us -- Simply send an email to [e-mail] to open a ticket.

We pride ourselves in our prompt responses, so you should hopefully hear back from us in less than 24 hours!  We look forward to potentially speaking with you.
