Why are my Learner Stats not updating?

There are a few reasons why study stats would not show up on your class Learners Tab:

• The learner has joined class but hasn't actually studied any of the cards yet. 
• The learner is studying using the offline study option via the app and hasn't yet synced their progress to our servers.
• The learner is using the Browse or Preview features to review and therefore no study stats are being recorded.
• The tab currently is not updated in real-time and is only updated once a day (typically overnight), wait a day or two and the stats should appear.
