If you're having trouble saving your cards there are a few things you can double-check:
- Be sure that every card has a question and answer before hitting save, clicking the + or hitting 'Done' on the mobile app. Note: you might want to add an 'A' (or placeholder) on the answer side if you'd like to add all the questions first and then go back and add the answers.
- If you're importing flashcards check out our article on how to import a csv correctly.
- Perhaps the issue is attributed to:Trouble with images and/or audio?
Also, make sure you’ve gone out to the App Store, and that you have the latest version of the iOS and Android mobile app. You don’t want to miss the exciting updates!
