On the flip side, there is also no way for course creators to communicate with people doing their courses. I've created a course for people learning a language of East Timor. Twenty people have signed up to do it. When I make changes I'd like to let them know what I'm up to, but there is no way for me to do that. I'd also love it if they or I could flag cards or decks that have problem, so I can know to go fix them, but there is no way for me to do that let alone them.

i realize there's an option to contact the author of a class when you're on Pro. you have to click the 3 dots beside the Share feature.

In the previous version of the app you could send an email to the author with suggestions

Yep that's still there the last time I checked. Even if you're not on Pro, you can suggest an edit to a card on a specific card (and it will go straight to the author/creator of the class. While the Message Author that Tony mentioned is at a class level and is only for Pro users. Well at least free version still has a way of contacting the author via a specific card.

As for your concern @Craig Allen, if you want to contact your learners from the class you created, there is an option to download a csv file and it contains the email addresses of all your learners. But you have to be on a Pro version to see this. To do that, when you're on the class, go to Learners tab > on the upper right side, click the ellipsis (three dots) > Export Learners to CSV. That's it!

I never knew about the export learners to csv and this came useful today. Good thing this was discussed here.
