If you’ve made it to this article, we are guessing you may be frustrated and looking to talk to a Brainscape Tech Support team member. Please scroll down for an easy way to contact us ASAP.
We know that in our personal experience, it can be difficult (to say the least) to find the email address or contact information of a company when you need help. It’s almost like they don’t want to talk to you :/ Brainscape feels the opposite and we would love to hear from you! Our Tech Support Team has a response time that far surpasses the average in the Customer Care industry, and we are proud to be able to deliver that level of service to our customers.
Ways to get support
There are several ways to get support or correspond with the Brainscape team, depending on your needs.
Immediate Help: Contact our Tech Support Team by emailing us at support@brainscape.com with any bugs, issues or questions. We will email you back and do our utmost to resolve your issue in record time. You can also contact Tech Support by clicking on the this button found on the lower right corner of the screen and then click ‘Contact Us’ on the web. In the mobile app, you can click on the options button and then click on ‘Contact Us’ to open a ticket too.
Help Center Articles: we have a repository of articles to support your needs and answer any questions you may have about our web or mobile platforms. You can search or find by category. You can also ask questions in the Zendesk Community. This can be accessed via this link, or by clicking on the button found on the lower right hand corner of the screen on the web. On mobile, you can click on the options button and then click on “Help”.

If you don’t need any immediate help, but would like other resources beyond our Help Center, you can also check out our Brainscape Academy and our YouTube Channel for additional resources and guidance.

Please choose to Sign in with Brainscape (if you are commenting/requesting a new feature) so any feedback is tied to your account. Or you can even access the tool from our web/mobile menus which won't require you to login separately.
