OVERVIEWAccess codes are used to provide learners with access to private or premium content. These can be used by schools or companies to share with their students, or many of our reseller or content partners share their premium or private content with their customers or audience in this way.

If you have received or purchased an access code and have any questions, you should always go directly to the organization or individual who provided you with the code.
THE BASICS OF ACCESS CODES- Currently, access codes do NOT auto-renew. If you need to continue to study the premium or private content, you will need to go to your instructor or whomever you purchased to get a new code.
- Codes are only valid for a set duration of time (one month, three months, six months, 12 months, 24, months, or lifetime), and this information should be given to you by the person who provided the code. The clock starts ticking from the date of redemption.
- Codes can only be redeemed once. Make sure you log into Brainscape with the email/password used when you redeemed the code.
- Refunds of access codes can NOT be given by Brainscape. Our Customer Support desk is not authorized to provide a refund, the refund needs to come from the organization you purchased the code from.

- Our team has several convenient ways we can provide access to your team, include an SSO model.
