OVERVIEWHave you ever been studying a flashcard and noticed something incorrect on either the Question or Answer side? Brainscape has a way for you to provide an edit suggestion to the author of the flashcard.
Brainscape's Certified Classes are created by credentialed authors to help learners prepare for a standardized class or certification. These authors are happy to receive an edit suggestion in an instance where the test prep has changed or the student needs clarification about information on the flashcard. Our author and Content Team will respond to your edit suggestions in a timely manner.
Additionally, if you are studying a class created by your teacher, or someone else and you'd like to provide feedback, we now have a way for any user generated class (UGC) Admin or Editor to receive your feedback.
-->If you are a Class Admin/ Editor and want to learn more about navigating the new Edit Suggestion Dashboard, read here.
TO PROVIDE AN EDIT SUGGESTION1. Click the pencil icon on the top right of the flashcard.
2. Enter the specific information that you believe needs to be reviewed on the 'Suggest An Edit' popup and then click the 'Send Suggestion' button when finished. You can designate whether your question is about the Question or Answer side of the card as well.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SUGGEST AN EDIT?The Brainscape Certified Author will respond to your comment with the appropriate action. Please keep in mind that not all edit suggestions will be updated on the flashcard if our author believes that the suggestion is incorrect, but our team will respond with more information.
Should your edit suggestion be for a class that has been created by one of our millions of Brainscape users and resides in our public library (and not a Brainscape Certified Class), feel free to suggest an edit, however that author does not have to make the change since it is their personal class. If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you can always make a copy of the class and edit it in your own library.
